With a lifelong passion for creativity, design, and aesthetics, Melissa has always been a creator at heart. After studying Interior Design at Mount Mary University and designing commercial and residential spaces, she discovered that her skills extended far beyond interiors. It was through her desire to make a broader impact - and elevate female-led brands led her to create ADM, a creative platform where her passion for design, storytelling, and empowering women converges into a thriving creative agency.

Cristal is pursuing a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Human Resource Management at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She merges academic knowledge with hands-on experience in project and account management, having worked with both global marketing firms and local agencies. Cristal's expertise in brand strategy and client relations enables her to implement sophisticated, results-driven campaigns. With a passion for marrying luxury with authenticity, she is committed to equipping ADM's clients with the tools and strategies needed for success, ensuring that every project leaves a lasting and positive impression.
